This request for bid is for the printing and distributing the WRS News (ET-7402). There is only one version of this newsletter: the Active/Retiree Version, which is printed and distributed three times per year: May, September and January. The January, 2014, version of the WRS News may be viewed at: http://etf.wi.gov/publications/WRS News/wrs-news201401.pdf.

Following detailed instructions, the newsletters are bundled and distributed by USPS, ground carrier and drop off.
The bid is posted on the Employee Trust Funds web site at http://etfextranet.it.state.wi.us All modifications and other information associated with the RFB will be posted on this website. As such, interested vendors are encouraged to check this website frequently for updates. No other notification regarding modifications will be provided.

The deadline for receipt of Bid is March 13, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. Late submissions will not be considered. Questions may be submitted as indicated in the RFB via e-mail to etfprocurement@etf.wi.gov. The RFB number and title must be referenced in your e-mail.
